At Pocket, we stand by the quality of our tech; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your electronics in their original condition within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Pocket account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the device back in its original manufacturer packaging with all included cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
