All electronic devices sold at Pocket come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty. We also offer extended protection plans for accidental damage at the time of checkout.

Can I return a product if I have already opened the box?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days. However, opened electronics must be in original condition with all accessories included and may be subject to a small restocking fee.

Unless clearly labeled as 'Certified Refurbished' in the product title, all items on our store are brand new, factory-sealed units.
